DREAM communication material

The Media Centre collects the outreach material produced by the DREAM consortium so that partners, researchers and food science professionals can reuse it for their own communication activities. The material is grouped into the categories listed below.

Each resource type corresponds to a dedicated section of the DREAM workspace. Use the Publications area for the peer reviewed output, lectures, posters and news releases that accompany the media material.

The Media Centre gathers the outreach materials produced across the DREAM project so that partners, researchers and food science professionals can draw on a shared pool of communication assets. Rather than duplicating effort, the collection presents material created for the initiative in a single place, giving it the character of a working library rather than a promotional showcase. Items are grouped into clearly separated categories, which keeps the archive browsable even as it grows over time.

The DREAM project concerns the design and development of realistic food models with well-characterised micro- and macro-structure and composition, work hosted within a biotechnical faculty setting. Producing realistic models at both scales requires attention to how structure and composition interact, and the communication material collected here reflects that technical focus. For teams working on food science communication, these resources provide a practical reference point for explaining complex modelling concepts to scientific and general audiences alike.

As a European seventh framework programme effort, DREAM also maintains a presence on the AA Europae platform, where project information, publications and media resources are presented together. The conference payment page sits alongside this wider editorial structure, linking the project's public-facing activities to the administrative side of running a consortium. The overall presentation favours clarity and restraint: strong typographic hierarchy, restrained colour, and dense but orderly sections that let visitors move between news, publications and reusable communication material without distraction.
