DREAM — EU 7FP Project

DREAM Consortium

Consortium management structure and the partners bringing together the DREAM project — Design and development of REAlistic food Models with well-characterised micro- and macro-structure and composition.

Consortium Management Structure

How the project is organised

  1. Project Coordination Day-to-day coordination is carried out by the project coordinating organisation, hosted at the Biotechnical Faculty, UL (University of Ljubljana).
  2. Participating Partners Work on the project is distributed across partner institutions contributing to the methodology and workpackages.
  3. Methodology & Workpackages Delivery is organised in workpackages, WP0 to WP8, each with defined tasks and deliverables.
  4. Expected Results & Impacts Progress is assessed against the project deliverables and the expected results and impacts of the consortium.

Partners Involved

The consortium brings together academic and research institutions active in food science, structure characterisation and modelling. The managing institution is the Biotechnical Faculty, Department of Food Science and Technology, University of Ljubljana, which also hosts the coordination of the project.
